We are now going to tell a lifestory of the Rolling Stones. You will read about the beginning of the Stones and how did they rise on top of the Rock&Roll.

Mick jagger was born 1943 in Dartford, Kent, England. At five years old he discovered a love for music. In his late teenage years he met his old friend Keith Richards. They became friends again. Keith realized that Jagger had several blues records made by himself. They started up the Rolling Stones. They recruited second guitarist Brian Jones, bassist Bill Wyman, and drummer Charlie Watts. They created a style that merged Rock&Roll and raw blues. That style was copied by others in its wake. At the late ´60s, the Rolling Stones were challenging the Beatles as the worlds most popular band. They made classics like "paint it black" and
"(i can´t get no) Statisfaction". In 1968 they started to make few albums. Some of those were rock´s most impressive albums ever recorded. By the time they began to calling themselves the world´s greatest rockband.

Rolling Stones gave their first performance at the Marquee Club on July 12, 1962. At the time Rolling Stones consisted of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, pianist Ian Stewart, drummer Mick Avory, and Dick Taylor. For the next 30 years they made music and never stopped going. Through their carreer Mick Jagger and Keith Richards remained as the core of the band. Other band members were changing all the time.
